Born December 27, 1959 Jacksonville, Fl, he is survived by his wife of 14 years, Tinley-Elizabeth Roy,two Sisters Mary E. Curtis and Doris Ustis, a son, Joseph H. Collins IV, and several nieces, nephews and grandchildren that he loved very much.Joe was a motorcycle enthusiast that enjoyed going on afternoon rides with his buddy's and trips to bike week and other excursions, including Sturgis. He had a passion for music playing drums and singing in several bands throughout the years. He also harbored a love for river logging and anything related to woodworking. He Appeared on "This Old House" and The "Axe Men Show" demonstrating his trade.Joe Loved, loved loved animals!!! all animals!!! Joe Loved his friends so dearly, every one of them. (Even Richard)Joe Liked working on motorcycles, cars and enjoyed fishing. He also taught diving to kids on Blue Lake for several years. He loved being with people that loved life and wanted to succeed. He was the The greatest of men that I have ever known and I was blessed to have been loved by him.
