Joe was born at Patrick Air Force Base in Brevard County on Dec. 9, 1959. 10 years ago Joe had moved to the Keystone Heights area from Palm Bay, he was an Environmental Specialist and was of the Baptist faith. His survivors include his wife of 29 years, Terri Elliott of Keystone Heights, daughters: Tiffany Youngblood of Palm Bay, Hailey Elliott and Alyssa Elliott both of Keystone Heights. He is also survived by his mother: Suzanne (Williams) Elliott of Udall, KS, brothers: Michael Elliott of Derby, KS, Jeffery Elliott of Texas, and Jonathan Elliott of Hayesville, KS, and four grandchildren. Funeral services for Joe will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 11 Oclock in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Dean Slocumb officiating.
