Mr. Joseph C. Faulk, age 81, a longtime resident of the Keystone Heights and Starke area died on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at the Shands Starke Regional Medical Center.Born on September 29, 1930 in Sanford, NC, he was the son of the late William E. and Nettie (Barbee) Faulk. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a switchman at the Starke Telephone Co..Mr. Faulk was a member of Hope Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife Inez Jane (Green) Faulk. Two daughters; Deborah G. House (Shawn) of Keystone Heights and Sarah F. Jones (Ronnie) of Theressa. He is also survived by two sisters: Ruby Marks of Sanford, NC and Ann Smith of Vass, NC and three grandchildren.Viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 620 E.
