ObituaryMr. Joseph Melvin KuttaMr. Joseph Melvin Kutta age 77, of Lawtey passed away Sunday, January 16, 2011 following a long illness. Mr. Kutta was born on November 3, 1933 in Tallulah Falls, GA to the late Willie J. and Stella Justice Kutta and moved to Lawtey six years ago from Palatka. Joe was a retired Iron Worker and served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the VFW at Large. Survivors are his caregiver Bernice Starling of Lawtey and his sister Mattie Lou Barkley of Green Cove Springs. Memorial services for Mr. Kutta will be on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL in Starke with Haven Hospice Chaplain Freeman Gallmon officiating.
