Joseph David Starling

Mr. Joseph "David" Starling age 41, of Lawtey passed away Monday, December 26, 2016 in Tennessee suddenly. David was born on September 8, 1975 in Jacksonville and was a lifelong area resident. He was of the Baptist faith and the owner/operator of S & S Timber Inc. David served in the United States Air Force, was a Master Logger and President of Ancient Oaks Airport of Steinhatchee. He was also a member of the American Legion of Steinhatchee and the EEA Chapter 797 of Live Oak. Preceding him in death was his grandfather Vernon L. Starling, father Joseph Starling and his son Hunter Starling. Survivors are: his mother Brenda Holmes Starling of Lawtey, sister: Pamela Burnham (Chris) of Lawtey, brother: Greg Starling (Annette) of Lawtey and a host of family and friends in Bradford County and Steinhatchee. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Northside Baptist Church at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be private.
