Joyce F. Holt

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce F. Holt, aged 91, of Orange Park, Florida, who left us on July 22, 2026. Born on April 24, 1935, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Joyce was a devoted homemaker whose warmth and love touched the lives of all who knew her. Joyce is survived by her four beloved children: son Billy Faris, daughter Paula Moran (Allen), son Lindsay Faris (Renee), and daughter, Linda O’Dell; 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Her legacy will forever live on in their hearts as well as in the countless memories shared with friends and family. Joyce was a godly woman who loved her lord, her family and her faith. She loved gospel music, the Gaither’s, and Billy Graham. She will be remembered and missed by all who knew her. Joyce was preceded in death by her oldest son, James Melvin Faris, Arrangements under the care of Moloney-Hewell Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard South, Jacksonville, Florida 32216.
