Judy was born in Gainesville to the late Charles L.and Ruby Joan (Parrish) Neel, on September 9, 1957. Judy worked as a cashier at convenient stores and loved Horses. Judy is survived by her loving son Billy J Canada, brothers; David andRickey and her entire family.
