Judy Ann Estevez

Mrs. Judith Ann Estevez, 74 passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday December 25, 2016, with her son and daughter-in-law by her side. Judy was born Judith Ann Hammock on August 16, 1942 in Miami to the late Barney and Alma Hammock. She was a long time resident of Hampton and an active member of First Baptist Church of Waldo. Judy loved attending church functions, and outings with her church family. She also loved spending time with her children whether it was lunch dates or going to the movies. Another one of Judys favorite thigs to do was cooking with her grandkids and watching her great grandkids grow. Preceding her in death were her brother, Fred Hammock; grandchild, Deidra Massengale and her beloved husband, Vernon "Leon" Estevez. Survivors include her children, Danny (Lisa) Hall and Sheri Hal;stepson, Randy (Jamie) Estevez l along with her sister, Jeanie Roberts. Also left behind are her grandchildren, Sebrina (Billy) Barton, Chris (Emily) Hall, Derek (Jackie) Massengale, Kayla Fesler, and great-grandchildren Ryan, Jarrett, Blake, Damon, Colton, Selena, Kelsey, and Destiny. The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church of Waldo on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 11 am, for a celebration of life service, with a meal to follow at the church. The family asks that in lieu of flowers please donate to the First Baptist Church of Waldo in Judys honor.
