Judy Minter, 63, of California passed away Saturday April 21, 2012. She was born in Orlando on July 19, 1948 to the late Clinton Edgar and Mary Nell (Michel) Minter. Ms. Minter had received her Masters Degree in Physiology and enjoyed art and going to the beach. Her passion in life was helping others. Survivors are her siblings, Barbara Gibbs (Bill) of Geneva, Tommy Minter (Susan) of Oviedo, Jim Minter (Peggy) of Jasper, six nieces, four nephews, and many great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 27, 2012 at the Keystone Heights Cemetery with Pastor Steve Conner officiating.
