Katherine Sue Crawford

Katherine Sue Crawford, age 63, passed away on May 26, 2018 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. Katherine was born on September 12, 1954 in San Antonio, TX. She worked as a Medical Coder for Century Ambulance Service for many years. During her spare time she enjoyed crafts, photographing animals, and was a member of First Christian Church in Starke. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley L. Crawford; and her sister, Karen VandeKrol. Survivors include her sons, Donald (Sara) Crawford and Daniel Crawford; mother, Katherine (Alfred-deceased) Thompson; mother-in-law, Ruby Crawford; sister-in-law, Irita Kirkland; and many other family members.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 2, 2018 in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel with Pastor Brad Bromling officiating. Interment will follow at Crosby Lake Cemetery.
