Katherine Pace Kelly

Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Pace Kelly, 93, will be held at 10:00AM Monday in the Dorothy Pace Chapel of South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church with Rev. Stephen C. Kolderup officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. Born October 6, 1921 in Saluda, North Carolina, Mrs. Kelly died Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at her home in Jacksonville. She was a member of South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church; served as a 4H Leader in the Marietta area; and was an avid Seamstress and Quilter. Mrs. Kelly was predeceased by her husband, Walter B. Kelly, Jr. Survivors include three daughters, Anne (Lyndon) Shelton of Jacksonville, Mary Louise Kelly of Port Richey, Florida, and Elizabeth (Richard) Hicks of Hendersonville, North Carolina; three grandsons, Tommy (Paula) Shelton, Christopher Hicks and Stephen (Brittany) Hicks; and two great-grandsons, T. K. Shelton and Aden Savko. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Community Hospice and her caregivers, Jennifer Mohon and Karen Hawkins. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H.
