Kathleen Taylor

Kathleen Taylor age 99 of Orange Park passed away on Friday, April 12, 2019. Mrs. Taylor was born to the late Charles Taylor and Malvina Boxwell on November 26, 1919 in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. While living in New York City Kathleen worked as a nurse. In 1995 she moved to Orange Park to be closer to her family. She lived a very independent life and was able to live alone until the age of 95.Survivors include, daughter, Margery Brown of Detroit; grandchildren, David (Camille) Brown of Detroit and Derek (Kristina) Brown of Orange Park; sister, Doris Newton of St. Croix; great-grandchildren, Meghan, Taylor, Sydney, Elaina, Jessica, Janet, Jasmine, and David, Jr.; and great-great grandchildren, Devin, Jayda, Jaylin, Neako, and Danni.Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association: http://www.diabetes.org/donate/.
