Kenneth Michael Collins, 75, passed away Wednesday March 15, 2016, in his home. He is survived by his sisters, Betty Ann Sutton and Sonja Pride; a brother, Dr. Harvey A. Collins Jr.; nephews, Robert "Bob" Sutton (Jennifer), Marc Collins, Gary Pride (Rebecca); nieces, Patty Mills (Virgil), Cheryl Graves (Rev. Harold Graves).He was preceded in death by his parents, Pansy and Harvey A. Collins and a sister, Leilabel Collins. Mr. Collins was a Navy Veteran and a graduate of The University of Florida. He held a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and was employed by Sam's Club. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid gardener.A graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at High Springs Cemetery.Arrangements are under the care of Evans Carter Funeral Home, High Springs, FL 386-454-2444.
