Mr. Kenneth Frank Manning age 82, of Starke passed away Monday, May 7, 2012. Mr. Manning was born on May 3, 1930 in Jacksonville to the late Louis and Melvie Manning and was a lifelong area resident. He was a retired truck driver, served in the United States Army, and attended Sampson City Church of God. Mr. Manning was preceded in death by his wife June Charlene McKinney Manning. Survivors are his children: Sheila Turner of Keystone Heights; Kesiah Loiacano (Jerrold) of Kentucky; David Manning of Starke; Deanna June Brittany Manning Hibbs of Keystone Heights; grandchildren: David Dean Manning, II; Daniel Brown; Goldie Dawn Turner; Chipley Robert Turner; Laurie Gail Turner; Amber June Loiacano; Kenneth Laurie Manning Loiacano; Joshua Ray Loiacano; five great grandchildren.
