Rice: Graveside Memorial services for Kenneth Ray Rice, 75, who passed away on December 22, 2023, will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. January 30, 2024 from the graveside in Jacksonville National Cemetery with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. Mr. Rice was born in Lynch, Kentucky and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in the Vietnam War. He had retired from Jacksonville Transportation Authority as a Bus Driver. He was a member of the Baptist faith. When he was a little younger, he enjoyed riding motorcycles with his brother and cousin. Survivors include his daughter, Laurie Whatley (Tom); 1 son, Kenny Rice Jr.; 1 sister, Brenda K. Johnson (Nelson Ray); 2 grandsons, Tommy and Ethan Whatley and one granddaughter Jude Rice Arrangements under the direction of George H.
