Mr. Kent Hart Smith, 65 of Interlachen died Sat. Feb. 12, 2011 at Kindred Hospital in Green Cove Springs. Mr. Kent was born in Jacksonville on Feb. 1, 1946 to the late Will and Florine (Knowles) Smith. He had served in the United States Marine Corps., and was a retired Landscaping Supervisor. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Rose (Willis) Smith of Interlachen; children, Kortney Marie Smith, Klip Willis Smith both of Interlachen, Klint Hart Smith of LA; granddaughters, Kandiss Faye Martin, Kirsten Rose Smith, numerous nieces and nephews. There are no scheduled services at this time.
