A funeral service will be held in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216 on Saturday, February 9, 2019. A procession to the Evergreen Crematory will follow the service. Mrs. Ngo is survived by her husband Yok Kheng Ngo. Two daughters; Kim Ly Boyd and Kim Hour Ngo. Three sons; Kim Soeung Ngo, Kim Sean Ngo and Kim Sann Ngo. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, February 8, 2019 at the funeral home from 6-8PM..VisitationGeorge H.
