Larry Eugene Shinholster, 75, of Alachua Florida passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022. Larry was born in Maryland on May 23, 1947 to Bill Aderholt and Penny McLain Aderholt. Larry was married to Shirley Halbrook. Larry worked as a Letter Carrier for the US Postal Service. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, and fishing. Larry was a disabled veteran who served in the US Air Force. Larry is survived by Shirley Shinholster, Barbara and Mike Fellows, Roslyn and Sam Bass, Paul and Paulette Shinholster, Russell Aderholt, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Larry is preceded in death by Bill and Penny Aderholt. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 22 at Mount Horeb Cemetery in High Springs, Florida. Visitation will be at 11:30AM and the funeral service will begin at 12:00PM.
