Laverne H. Paulk age 81, of Starke passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022 at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville. Laverne was born on May 23, 1940 in Reidsville, Georgia to the late Nathan and Mary (Brazelle) Hutcheson. Prior to retirement she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the State of Florida. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her children, Diane Paulk, Teresa Paulk, Paul Edward Paulk, siblings, Barbara Fox, Martha Fox and Nathan Hutcheson. Survivors are, son, James Paulk of Starke, siblings, Annette Luning of Perry, Norma Killam of Starke, Allen Hutcheson (Jean) of Quitman, GA, and daughter-in-law, Patricia Paulk of Keystone Heights. Also left are her grandchildren, Christy Paulk Urolia, Nina Dawn Paulk, Paul Edwin Paulk, great grandchildren, Devin Paulk, Terianna Paulk, Tony Urolia, James Dillon Johnson and great-great grandson, L.J.
