Leslie Harvey Smith

Mr. Leslie Harvey Smith, Jr. passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016. A St. Johns county native, he attended local public schools. He proudly worked in the family business, C & L Landscape, Inc. He was predeceased by his Great Grandmother, Eva Ballentine, and Grandmother, Shirley Smith, and Grandparents, Wally and Connie Faulk. Survivors include his son Mason Smith, father, Leslie Smith (Brandy), mother, Kim Faulk Smith, grandfather, Clawson Smith, brother, Carlton Smith (Ashley), sister, Tristyn Telder, and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins. "Gone but not forgotten". Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Fruit Cove Baptist Church, 501 SR 13 St. Johns, 32259, with Dr. Tim Maynard officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the start of the service. Burial will follow at the Black Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Penney Farms.
