Lewis Ethridge Waters, 87, passed away on October 1, 2012 in Chiefland, FL.Lewis was born on April 24, 1925 to Joseph and Lillian Waters in East Port, FL. He served in the U.S. Army and served in WWII. He was a retiredtruck driver.Lewis was preceded in death by his son Richard Waters, sister Modena Corbitt and brother in law Printis Dixon. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Waters; daughter, Janice Lucher (Raymond), son Joseph Waters (Cindy), daughter Cindy Baumann, and daughter Lisa Davis(Alan), sister Juanita Dixon, and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildrenA Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 14303 US Highway 19,Chiefland, FL.
