Lieselotte Hilpert Bowen

Mrs. Lieselotte Hilpert Bowen age 91, of Starke passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Community Hospice St. Vincents Riverside Center. Mrs. Bowen was born on January 22, 1929 in Germany to the late Heinrich and Margarethe (Schober) Hilpert and moved to Starke in 1965 from North Carolina. She was of Catholic Faith and a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and volunteering at Bradford Terrace. Preceding her in death was her husband Perry Eugene Bowen, her son Harold Bowen and her grandson Jamie McCrary. Survivors are: her children, Patricia Ann McCrary (James) of Jacksonville, Mike Bowen of Gainesville, Tom Bowen (Shelly) of Starke, siblings, Heinrich Hilpert and Erna Schlimer both of Germany.
