She was a lifelong member of Southside Baptist Church. She loved her Sunday School friends. Lillian wrote poetry, loved her detective shows, loved to swim, tap dance, and played the accordion and piano. Momma Lil had the most beautiful smile - always so sweet and loving to everyone she met. She was so funny and had a great sense of humor. We often called her "Silly Lilly". Lillian was preceded in death by her wonderful parents (Lemuel and Reba Sharp), her husband (Carl), her son (Gene), her son-in-law (James), and her longtime best friend (Margie Summers) who she called her "Nutty Buddy".We would like to take this time to thank Hospice for taking such good care of our wonderful Momma Lil during her final days. She lived a long, beautiful life and thanked God everyday for her family, friends, and many blessings. As hard as it is to accept her passing, we know that Lillian is looking over all of us today. She is gracing us with her beautiful smile right now. She is overjoyed to see her family and friends join together to celebrate her life, love and laughter. We will all miss her dearly.Amen.Condolences may be shared at hewellfuneralhomes.com.Receiving FriendsChapel of George H.
