Linda Sue Bodick

Mrs. Linda Sue Bodick age 69 of Starke passed away in Gainesville on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Linda was born in Patuxent, Maryland on October 1, 1951. Mrs. Bodick worked as a jewelry sales rep, and genuinely loved her job, and meeting people while traveling the US for jewelry shows until she retired. During her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved a good bingo game, as well as cooking, crocheting, and watching the Hallmark Movie Network.She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Whitford, Jr. Survivors include her husband of 42 years Joseph R. Bodick; children, Leonard Hodgeman of New Mexico, Lisa (James) Grantland of New Mexico, Joe (Chad Adcox) Bodick of Colorado and Missy (Keith) Woodard of Texas; mother, Doris Lewis Whitford of Florida, brothers, Louis (Brenda) Whitford, III of West Virginia, Kenneth (Anne) Whitford of Kentucky, Dan (Kristi) Whitford of Florida and John Whitford of Florida. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in her honor at donatelife.net.
