Born September 18, 1954 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Maurice and Thelma Rowan, Mrs. Jenkins died Sunday, April 9, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of Christian Family Chapel. Survivors include her husband, Robert Lewis Jenkins; a son, Shawn Christopher Jenkins; a sister, Sharon Grace Call; and two brothers, Gary Rowan and Mark Rowan.
