Mrs. Linda Louise Wilsher-Clance 73 of Starke passed away Friday, April 16, 2021, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born September 30, 1947, in Jacksonville to Eugene Everett and Gladys (Cox) Wilsher. Prior to retirement Mrs. Clance was employed with the Florida Department Corrections at U.C.I. as their Sentencing Specialist for many years. She was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Melrose and enjoyed crocheting, sewing, bird watching, seahorses, and taking trips to the mountains and beaches. Mrs. Clance also enjoyed helping others, volunteering with charity organizations and assisting veterans with their needs, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister Diane Sundie Huggins and brother Everett Wilsher. Survivors are her three children Joanna Clance-McAlister (Kenneth), Cynthia Smith, and Donnie Clance (Angela) all of Keystone Heights along with three siblings Cathy French of Middleburg, Jimmy Sundie (Sharon) and Lee Sundie all of Jacksonville. Mrs. Clance was lovingly called "Nana" by grandchildren Lacey Adkins (Jonathan), Taylor, Tyler, Nigel, Skylar, Kyler and Bryler along with great grandchildren Abby, Brooklyn and Ayden. A memorial service for Mrs. Clance will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Melrose with Father Tony Powell officiating.
