Lois Jane Richey

Mrs. Lois Jane Richey, 89 of Green Cove Springs, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021 in Orange Park. Mrs. Richey was born December 28, 1931 in Altoona, Pennsylvania to parents Charles F. and Cora (Barnett) Speacht. Lois was of the Jehovah Witness faith and attended the Kingdom Hall. In high school, she played basketball and was a tumbler. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, baking her famous apple pie, playing cards, puzzles, loved the outdoors and watching old western shows. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Paul Allen Richey. Survivors are her children, Donald Wiser of Naples, Dara Ciccarelli of Arizona, Debra Kukla of Tampa, Denise Arnold of Green Cove Springs, DeAnna Biscardi of Green Cove Springs and step-children, Gregory Allen Richey of Tampa, Karen Sue Bettz of Tampa and Rhona Lynn Richey of Ohio. Also surviving her are 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral service to be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 3:00pm via zoom. Zoom link is 6941934440 passcode is 1914.
