MANASCO: Funeral services for Lorene Manasco, 87, who passed away on April 25, 2024, will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in River Road Baptist Church, 21067 County Road 121, Hilliard, FL 32046, with Rev. Benji Loyd officiating. Interment will follow in River Road Baptist Church Cemetery, The family will receive friends Tuesday (Today) from 6-8 PM at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard South, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Mrs. Manasco was born in Carbon Hill, Alabama and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of the Baptist faith and had worked for many years for Laney and Duke. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Clowers Sr., and Ella Barton Clowers, also her loving husband of 58 years, Archie Manasco. Survivors include her 2 sons, Tommy Manasco and Sammy Manasco (Sharon); 2 daughters, Melissa Robinson (James) and Sandra Ausburn (Larry) 2 Great-grandkids, Chase and Ashlyn Weaver; 1 brother, Alton Clowers; 7 Grandkids, 22 great-grandkids, and 2 great-great-grandkids, Braelyn and Bowen Boone; Special family, Sue and Adam Weaver.
