Ms. Loretta Josette Matthews age 66, of Middleburg passed awayon Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Haven Hospice Custead CareCenter in Orange Park. She was born in Daytona Beach on May26, 1951 to the late Alfred T. and Maria (Cavalcante) Rhodes. Ms.Matthews was a devoted mother and grandmother. Loretta had apassion for saving animals and supported many wildlife andanimal care facilities, particularly the ASPCA. She leaves a legacyof strength, faith and love.Ms. Matthews is survived by her daughter, Amanda-Maria Leno &son-in-law James Leno of Middleburg.
