Mrs. Bratcher was born in Spencer, Tennessee and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, the late William E. Bratcher Jr., and son, Ricky Darrell Bratcher; Survivors include her daughter, Vicky Lynn Thompson (Tom); 1 sister Frances L.
