Lucressia Elizabeth Carr, age 81, passed away on Sunday April 29, 2018 in Jacksonville. She was born in Horseshoe Run, West Virginia on February 18, 1937 to Boyd Pennington & Eula Arbogast Pennington. A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday May 4, 2018 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Billy W.
