Mrs. Lynn Ann Perryman, age 71, of Melrose, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 29, 2026, at her home after an extended illness. She was born on October 20, 1954, to C.H. and Rachel (Godbey) Cozart and dedicated her life to her family and work. Lynn retired as an Accounting Clerk with Clay Electric Cooperative for many years, where she was known for her diligence and attention to detail.

Lynn was a member of Community Church of Keystone and enjoyed reading and traveling, but most of all she loved being with her family, friends, and mostly her granddaughters.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her siblings Gwynn Dewillis and Michael Cozart. Her survivors are her loving and devoted husband of 51 years, Mark Perryman and their two sons, Bryan Perryman ( Bethany) of Atlanta and Jason Perryman (Ashley) along with her sisters, Vicki Black and Debbie Whitley all of Orlando. She was loving called "Grammy" by Abigail and Elizabeth Perryman.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, with Pastor Steven Klinger officiating. Interment will be at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
