Mae Puskas Mae Puskas, a long time resident of Jacksonville, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2012. Mae was born Beulah Mae Ward in Levy County Florida on November 29, 1925. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank. They were owners of Dennis Printing Company. She loved to sing and was an active member of the choir at Faith United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son Larry and his wife Charing and grandsons Tom and Michael. She was loved by all and will be missed. A memorial service will be held at Faith United Methodist Church at 10:00 am on Wednesday June 20, 2012. Arrangements are under the direction of George H.
