Ms. Margaret E. Hagen, 96 of Penney Farms, passed away July 17, 2012. Ms. Hagen was born January 9, 1916 in Brooklyn New York to the late Carl Conrad and Hannah (Soderstron) Edlund. She was a Home Technician and of the Presbyterian Faith. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, who were immigrants from Sweden; her sister Ingeborg Edlund Prairie of Syracuse NY; her husband The Reverend Dr. Paul P. Hagen, who was an ordained Presbyterian minister and former Executive Director of Penney Retirement Community; and her daughter Paula M. Hagen of South Orange, NJ. She is survived by her son, David P. Hagen and his wife Joan Gasque Hagen and her grandson Bram G. Hagen, all of Tallahassee. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the Penney Farms Retirement Community Memorial Cemetery.
