Margaret M. O'Steen Margaret M. OSteen, 74 of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away August 12, 2012.Margaret was born November 28, 1937 in Jacksonville Florida to Willard and Juanita OSteen. A lifelong resident, she worked for Prudential retiring after 33 years.Margaret was preceded in death by her mother, father, brothers Levi and Chester, sisters Evelyn and Grace.She is survived two sisters, Ruth Arnold and Betty (Jack) Green; two brothers, Frank (Mabel) OSteen and Ben (Arline) OSteen; sister-in-law, Frances OSteen; several nieces, nephews and many loving friends including Pat Boyd, Lillian Whitney and Joyce Burroughs.A memorial service will be held at 10am on Monday, August 20, 2012 in the chapel of George H.
