Margaret Perdue

Funeral Services for Ms. Margaret Perdue, age 96, of Jacksonville, FL will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from the graveside in Pineview Cemetery, Folkston, GA, with Joey Cason officiating. Ms. Perdue was born on October 6, 1924 in Hortense, GA, the daughter of Joseph and Addie Harvey. She passed away on October 30, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL. In addition to her parents, Ms. Perdue is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Walter George Perdue, as well as her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Robert Perdue (Carolyn); daughter, Rochelle P. Williams (Michael); grandchildren, Heather Stringer and Tobey Perdue; great grandson, Tyler Lee Stringer; and numerous extended family and friends. Ms. Perdue was a member of Spring Glen United Methodist Church. She loved to spend time taking care of her flowers in her garden as well as spending time with her loving family. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd, South.
