Margaret Louella Roberts

Mrs. Margaret Louella Roberts, 87, of Waldo passed away at Haven Hospice, Thursday, July 9, 2015. She was born in Washington Court House, Ohio on February 22, 1928 to the late George Washington and Margaret Louella (Mitchell) DeWeese and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Roberts had been a resident of Waldo since 1985 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waldo where she was in the Sunshine Ladies Group and also enjoyed helping in the nursery; she loved her church family, watching her grandchildren and the television. Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her grandson, Dwight Roberts; great grandson, Christian; six sisters and two brothers. Her survivors are her six children and their spouses, Diana E. Davis (Louie), Jerry L. Roberts (Gail), Artie C. Roberts (Diane), C. Loren Roberts (Karen), Cheryl H. Pospy (Gary), and Lisa D. Bergeron (Carl); two sisters, Joyce Randolph and Juanita Seyfang. Also left behind are her twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. The viewing for Mrs. Roberts will be Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 3-4p.m. in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel. A celebration of life will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 13, 2015 in the First Baptist Church of Waldo with Rev. Jim DuBois officiating. Interment will be private at a later date.
