Margaret E. "Peggy" Robinson

Mrs. Margaret "Peggy" E. Robinson age 87, of Melrose passed away peacefully Saturday, January 12, 2019, at her home. She was born March 26, 1931, in Washington, DC to the late Donald and Blanche (Burney) Bennett. Peggy had been a secretary for Trinity Episcopal Church in Melrose before retiring and loved being able to help people. During her years spent in San Francisco she was known for feeding anyone who was hungry and finding room in her home for anyone down on their luck. She also loved doing all types of crafts, gardening, cooking and her cats. Peggy is survived two daughters Alisa St. John of Melrose, Laura Codington of Carlsbad, California; siblings Betty McClure and Neil Bennett. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Per her request there are no scheduled services. Arrangements are under the care of JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E.
