Margaret L. Simmons

Ms. Margaret L. Simmons, 95 of Starke, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Haven Hospice ET York Center. Ms. Simmons was born March 24, 1923 in Kingsley Lake to parents Silas and Emily (Burney) Silcox. She was a member of Kingsley Lake Baptist Church. Her focus was always on her family and spent her time off taking care of her aunts. She was employed at Tacachale (Sunland Training Center) as a supervisor. Preceding her in death were her parents, son, Donald Simmons, grandchild, Terry Simmons, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers. Survivors are her daughters, Marion (Reginal) Underhill and Judy Prevatt, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 12 Noon at Kingsley Lake Baptist Church with Reverend Ron Ezile officiating. Burial will follow in Kingsley Lake Cemetery.
