Dr. Marilyn Allred Musa passed away in Jacksonville Florida on Nov 4th. She was born in Savannah Georgia in 1929. Marilyn was predeceased by her husband John D. Musa, parents George Lawrence and Mary Alice Allred, brother George Lawrence Allred, Jr and nephew Karas Allred. She is survived by her brother Dwight Allred (Paula), nieces Janice (Chris), Susan (Patrick), and Brooke and nephews Lane and Nicolas. She spent most of her early years in Jacksonville before she married John and moved to Morristown, New Jersey. Earning her doctorate at Rutgers University, Marilyn worked for many years as a school psychologist. She and her husband enjoyed their cats, the opera, New York City and travel, spending many summers in France. She returned to Jacksonville in her later years. Services are being held Friday November 10 at 2:30 PM from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #1). The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to service at the graveside.
