Survivors include three daughters, Carolyn Hurst, Julie Dedmon, both of Jacksonville and Denise (Dennis) Kulp of Mechanicsville, Virginia; a son, Michael (Liz) Collins of Jacksonville; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
