Marion D. Kohn

Marion D. Kohn, 70, longtime resident of Columbia County, departed this life on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Lake City Haven Hospice. She was a member of Spring Hill United Methodist Church. She retired from Homes of Merit/Champion. Marion was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina on May 9, 1948 to Ralph and Dorothy Masingale Marion is survived by her husband, Robert; son Kurtis Kohn, Lake City, FL; brother, John Wear, Rockford, IL; sister Ida Tracy, Rockford, IL; grandchildren Haley Westberry, Hannah Westberry, Jayden Kohn, and Adyson Kohn; great-granddaughter Layla Westberry Marion is preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Kohn and her sister Kathy Beers. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Evans Carter Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the funeral.
