Mrs. Marion Irene Ferlita 82, of Jacksonville died Saturday July 17, 2010 at the Acosta-Rua Hospice Center in Jacksonville. Mrs. Ferlita was born on December 4, 1927 in Chicago, IL and had moved to Jacksonville 3 years ago from Sampson Lake where she had previously resided. Mrs. Ferlita was a Certified Nurses Assistant working in private care up until the age of 78. She was raised Catholic and attended the Catholic Schools. She is survived by her daughters and their families; Libby & Charlie Wilson, their daughters, Christina, Amanda, and Tiffany all of Jacksonville, and Charles family from Georgia; Janie Rose & Sam Scolaro and their daughters, Jennifer and Stephanie and Janie Roses grandson Jackson all of Tampa. She is also survived by her many friends. hide
