Marion Joyce Norman

Mrs. Marion Joyce "Carter" Norman age 87 passed away in Starke on Friday, November 1, 2019. Mrs. Norman was born on May 5, 1932 to the late George and Cora "Day" Carter in Cumberland Gap, TN. Marion had the heart of a servant. For many years she worked with the mentally challenged and was a CNA at Windsor Manor Health and Rehab. Mrs. Norman was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed cooking, and spending time with her family.She was preceded in death by her parents and 9 siblings. Survivors include her three children, Kay (Glenn) Ritch of Starke, Sonny (June) Norman of Newville, AL, and Janice (Tim) Harvey of Lawtey; brother, Paul Carter of Starke; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019 at the Dewitt C. Jones Chapel in Starke with a private burial at Crosby Lake Cemetery.
