Obituary

Mrs. Marjorie Hall Packham Hutcheson Young age 85, of Theressa passed away on Friday, November 16, 2012 at the E.T. York Hospice Care Center in Gainesville. She was born in Theressa on December 3, 1926 to the late Clyde and Laura (Joyner) Hall. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Packham-Young worked for the Bradford County School System for 23 years as a school bus driver instructor. She was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church in Keystone Heights and a pastors wife for 27 years. Her husbands Reverend Merle Packham and Buford L. Hutcheson had preceded her in death. Survivors are her husband of 2 _ years; Lacy Young, Children; Merle Buddy Packham (Alma) of Theressa, Anne Mathews (Kermit) of Interlachen, Matthew Packham (Staci) of Gainesville, one brother; Rodney Hall (Janice), one sister: Mae Rich (Jimmy) all of Theressa, and two stepchildren. Mrs. Packham-Young also leaves behind her six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hope Baptist Church with viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Rev. Kermit Mathews and Rev. Harry Vanadoe will be officiating and burial will follow at the Hope Cemetery.
