It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Martha Geneva Brown, lovingly known as Mott, who left this world on April 23, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on October 20, 1945, in Hamilton County, Florida, Martha was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend whose gentle spirit and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her.

Martha is survived by her sister-in-law Carolyn Ogburn, along with many Nieces and Nephews, who will forever cherish her memory and the love she shared.

Martha was preceded in death by her loving husband Ray Brown and her son Andy Brown. She was also preceded in death by her parents Joe and Maggie Ogburn, her brothers Caulie, James, Joe, Bailey, Tank and Jerry Ogburn, and her sisters Nettie Davis, Margaret Underwood, Georgia Skinner, Allie Mae Dinkins

A Funeral Service to honor Martha's life will be held at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church on April 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, where family and friends will gather to celebrate her remarkable journey and the legacy she leaves behind. Following the service, her burial will take place at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church Cemetery at 12:30 PM, allowing loved ones to bid their final farewells in a serene and loving atmosphere.
