Martha Tomlinson
Smith Age 74 Of Keystone Heights
Jun 7, 1951 — Nov 8, 2025
Mrs. Martha Tomlinson Smith, age 74, of Keystone Heights, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Orange Park. She was born on June 7, 1951, in Jacksonville to Lloyd Charles and Parnell (Collins) Tomlinson.
Martha lived a full and heartfelt life, defined by hard work, compassion, and an unshakable devotion to her family. After graduating high school, she spent her early years working in a shipyard-never afraid of a challenge and always proud of an honest day's work. She later built a beautiful life with her husband, the late Charles Floyd Smith, with whom she shared 32 wonderful years of marriage before his passing on December 5, 2016.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son Wesley M. Rhoden. Martha will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Matthew D. Rhoden and Jason M. Rhoden, both of Gainesville. She also leaves behind one cherished granddaughter, Bre'Anna Paige Rhoden, who brought immense joy and laughter to her days.
Those who knew Martha will remember her as a gentle, giving soul with a warm smile and a heart full of kindness. Whether sharing stories, offering advice, or simply lending a listening ear, she had a way of making everyone feel cared for. Her memory will live on through the love she so freely gave.
