Mary Webb Blanton Ward, 91, passed away peacefully on January 10th. She was the oldest child of Jube and Janie Webb, and the big sister to two younger brothers Thomas C. Webb and Robert "Ken" Webb. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on April 10, 1930. She was widowed twice: Jim Blanton (1976) and Lou Ward (2003). She taught English at Ed White and Forrest High Schools until she retired. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers. She is survived by three daughters, Cheryl Blanton, Cindi Blanton, and Connie Blanton as well as a beloved grandson, Zachary Rivenbark. She was well loved by all. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2022 at Forest Grove Cemetery in Alachua, Florida.
