Mary Carolene Love Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Carolene Love, 79, widow of Clarence Edward Love, will be held at 2:00P.M. Saturday, July 20, 2013 in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South, with Dr. Terry N. Collins of Southpoint Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Park Cemetery. Born March 5, 1934 in Norwood, North Carolina, Mrs. Love died Wednesday, July 17, 2013 in Jacksonville. She was a retired Teachers Assistant from the Duval County School Board. Mrs. Love was preceded in death by a son, Clarence Edward Buster Love II; Survivors include her daughter, Cindy S. Ames of Jacksonville; two sons, Richard Timothy (Jami) Love of Fort White, FL and Brian Lee (Pam) Love of Middleburg, FL; a sister, Mrs. Sheila (Harold) Harwood of Peachland, NC; ten grandchildren, Kristal, Kassie, Justin, Michael, Zachary, Zoey, Corey, Logan, Courtney and Richard; and two great-granddaughters, Kaidyn and Keira.
