Mary Laura Clarke Greene Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Laura Clarke Greene, 88, widow of Dewey William Greene, will be held at 10:00am Thursday, from the graveside in Oaklawn Cemetery with Rev. Gee Sprague of Crossroad United Methodist Church officiating. Born November 28, 1922 in Flatwoods, Kentucky to George and Esther Clarke, Mrs. Greene died Monday, October 31, 2011 in Jacksonville, Florida. She moved to Jacksonville from Kentucky in 1986 and was a member of Mandarin United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Brenda (Don) Greene Trimble; a son, George (Ramona) Keith Greene, both of Jacksonville; a sister, Mrs. Janice (Don) Tschaen of Orlando, FL; a brother Larry (Jeanetta) Stewart of Pigeon Forge, TN; three grandchildren, Kimberly Snyder, William Scott Trimble, and Jonathan Keith (Leeanne) Greene; and a great-grandson, Chase William Greene.
